It’s getting closer...

Back in November 2007, we released our first beta version of OneIS. Since then we’ve been gathering feedback and developing OneIS so that it can really help our clients with their day-to-day work, making them more efficient and helping them give better service to their clients.

All this has cumulated in a summer of really hard work to deliver version one of OneIS.

We’ve already got some great early adopters using the new version, and we’re now getting ready for our official launch in January.

Get going quicker

We’ve produced an easy to use default setup for small businesses, so OneIS is ready to go out of the box. Later, you can take advantage of OneIS’ flexibility to fine-tune that default setup, customising your system for your needs.

Looks even better

Our designer has been hard at work on improving the look of the system. Everyone we show it to comments on how good OneIS looks. And now it’s even better. We’re especially pleased with the wonderful new icons, which not only look great, but help you quickly see what different types of information you’ve found.

Handles your documents with ease

OneIS Desktop is our new optional “helper” software. It works with your web browser to manage your documents, giving quicker uploads and downloads, as well as managing the files you work on.

Collaborating with your colleagues on a document has never been easier.

Customise with ease

We’ve given the systems management side of OneIS a big overhaul. It’s now really easy to manage your users and configure OneIS, with the reassurance that you’re never tied to your changes. So however you experiment, you can always change your mind later.
