Sun think that more smaller companies should do what we’ve done, and build their infrastructure on top quality hardware with plenty of redundancy for reliability.

We spent a few hours talking to them about how we work, and why we chose to do things the way we did with their servers and the Solaris operating system. It’s all written up as a case study on the Sun web site.

And just for fun, there’s a podcast too (listen to mp3). While I’ve always hated listening to the sound of my own voice, someone’s done a great job with the editing!
