What do you mean by unlimited usage?

For everyday normal business use we provide unlimited usage and storage.

To allow us to offer this, we have to apply “fair use” limits. If you use more than 50GB of office documents less than 256KB in size, 20GB of other documents, 2GB of images and 1GB of video, we may get in touch to agree suitable limits proportional to the number of users on your system. Normal use within a knowledge based business will not reach these limits and these limits will only be enforced if we feel OneIS is not being used as intended.

We have low limits on images and video files because OneIS is not an image or video sharing service and these files use up disproportionate amounts of storage.

What support do you provide?

Email support 9am-5pm Monday to Friday (GMT) plus comprehensive online help and an online support library.

 

How does the 30 days free trial work?

When signing up to a paid account for the first time, you’re not charged for the first 30 days. You can cancel at anytime during those 30 days and you will not be charged at all. We do not ask for your credit card details until the end of the 30 day trial.


The 30 days free trial applies to new accounts. The 30 days free trial does not apply when upgrading from the free account to a paid account.

 

What happens if I want to cancel?

You can cancel your account at any time. There are no long-term contracts. We will not take any further payments, and will close your system at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for part-used months.

 

How do I pay?

You pay by credit or debit card. Payment is charged to your card monthly, automatically. We’ll send you an invoice via the usage and billing page in your system each month.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Maestro and American Express.
